Planning
Planning & Feasibility
We analyze site conditions and constraints, establishing the overall direction and scale based on the client's budget and requirements. It's the most important time for dialogue to take the first step.
Design
Schematic & Basic Design
Detailed floor plans and elevation designs are derived. Through multi-angle studies and modeling, we visually confirm the building's form and spatial sense, coordinate feedback, and finalize the design.
Permit
Permits & Construction Documents
This is the process of obtaining architectural permits from the competent authority. Simultaneously, we create detailed construction drawings including material specifications, structures, and facilities so the contractor can accurately estimate and build.
Build
Construction Supervision
After construction begins, we supervise the site to ensure it is built safely and accurately as intended in the drawings. We stay involved until the final approval for use is obtained and the space is fully handed over to the client.
