Timeless Layer_Commercial Facility Remodeling in Jung-dong, Giheung-gu (Math Academy)

Instead of erasing the traces of the past, we added a modern geometric layer over the existing building's structural framework. We updated the building to meet current regulations by installing fire-resistant plasterboard and fire brigade access windows, and also implemented necessary accessibility features for educational facilities. The interior features a warm color palette of wood, emerald green, and white.

As it was the client's first time proceeding with building permits, the project was successfully completed through deep communication and mutual understanding.
