We broke away from the typical complex and greasy auto repair shop. Designed in deep consultation with the client to match KG's new concept, we visualized the mechanical act of maintenance itself as a modern process. We exposed the industrial framework while establishing an intuitive and clean work environment through the sharp contrast between precisely zoned lighting and epoxy floors.

This site falls within the absolute school protection zone. Securing access to the road required acquiring rights for two state-owned land parcels and one road occupation permit. The layout was carefully planned to accommodate the entry of large vehicles for the repair shop while ensuring a safe working environment.
